Ways I can help.

Every engagement starts with the business, not the tool. Here's the range of work I take on — pick the one that sounds like your situation, or book a call and we'll figure it out together.

Automate a business process.

One less job you dread every week.

Got a process that's more hassle than it should be? I look at the options with you and build the automation. It's a small, low-risk way to see how I work before anything bigger.

Audit your stack.

Know what's actually broken before you spend anything fixing it.

A two-to-four-week review of your current tools, data flows, and processes. I map what you have, find where things break down, and give you a clear picture of what to keep, what to fix, and what to cut.

Build or rebuild.

A system that fits how you already work, not one you have to bend around.

Design and build a system that fits how your business actually works. Whether you're starting from scratch or replacing something that has outgrown itself, I scope, build, and hand over properly documented.

Build in Airtable.

Turn a folder of spreadsheets into a system you can actually trust.

Airtable has been my tool of choice for over a decade. Whether that's building something new, sorting out what you've outgrown, or auditing a base you didn't design, I work schema-first and document as I go, so nothing depends on memory, mine or anyone else's.

Connect your stack.

Your team stops re-keying the same data three times.

The wiring that lets your tools talk to each other without anyone re-keying data between them. I design the flow, build it with sensible error handling, and document it so a quirk months later is a five-minute fix rather than a mystery.

Rescue an inherited system.

No judgement about how it got messy. Just a plan for what happens next.

You've taken on a setup you didn't design and you're not sure what half of it does. I start with a discovery week to make sense of it, then give you a practical plan for what comes next.

Not sure which fits?

That's the normal starting point, not a problem. Book half an hour and describe the mess in your own words — I'll tell you honestly which of these it is, or whether it's something else entirely.
